Ms Karamales has been the most prepared and dedicated agent I've ever had. From the start she has placed me first. Every conversation feels like I'm the only one who she works for. She has coordinated between the buyer and their financial provider to ensure that the closing was smooth and quick. Ms Karamales has assisted with the inspection, getting bids for repairs, and reinspections. She will go as aggressive as you need her to. She updates as soon as anything changes and never seems worried about anything. She is absolutely the best agent in the Derrider/Leesville area. I would take her with me to Texas to sell my next house.

Working with Vickie has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. We first met Vickie when we were PCSing from Korea to Fort Polk and looking to buy our first house. Since we were so far away we were not able to physically go look at houses. Vickie took all of our criteria and sent us so many properties that fit what we were looking for. We virtually toured all of them and she made sure we had all the information we needed on each house. When we chose the one we wanted she guided us the whole way and got us a great deal. When we moved in the house was exactly what we expected and even better! Being so far away I feel like we should have been terrified and stressed the entire time but we actually felt the exact opposite. This feeling of security and certainty was all due to how professional and caring Vickie was. After we moved from Fort Polk we decided to rent the property for 3 years. That entire time we kept in touch with Vickie and she was constantly evaluating the property on when the best time to sell would be. She even helped us get settled with a new rental management company when the one we had wasn't working out. We finally decided to sell and there was no doubt Vickie was our first call. Within a week after our last tenant moving out Vickie had taken pictures, inspected the property and made sure it was clean and ready to go and had all the paper work. After a week of deciding to sell we were on the market and by the end of the first day we were under contract for full asking price. Once again Vickie guided us through the closing process making it effortless even though we once again were not able to be there in person. After a month of deciding to sell out house we closed. I cannot sing Vickie's praises enough. I truly wish that she could be out relator for every move! She is so professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and not only caring but truly a friend during what can be a very stressful time. I would recommend her a million times over to anyone ESPECIALLY if you are a military family. She understands the way the military works and everything that goes along with a military move. If you are looking for a great realtor that will ensure a great move or sale of your house then no question you want Vickie!
