Leighann Combs has been the best realtor we have had in over 40 years! We have purchased and sold about 50 homes in that time frame, all over the United States. We have been in Louisianna now for the past 20 years and have purchase around 18 homes and properties of land, some with realtors and some with just Notaries. Out of those 18 we have use ERA, Century 21, and Morris's realty. We have closed with at least 5 different Attorney firms and mortgage companies. We have dealt with numerous inspectors and agents that want everything under the son and more, Leighann has been the best about informing us what other sellers and buyers are requesting and helping with pricing or market norms for the time of sales. We have had very little requests to almost none for the 5 properties or so with Leighann Combs. This was a hobby and maybe a dream to do this for me outside of my regular career field. I have slowed down because of injuries and some contractor's quality of work. Some want to do more than necessary as a testimony of what they can do, with a high price tag. I have sold some higher homes but have recently tried to have some lower cost home that working families with average incomes for this area can qualify for. I know with lower costs homes there is lessor interest fees to be made and sometimes more work spent to get to closing. Leighann Combs and her company she works for have always managed to complete the sale with less than 6 months, sometimes in 1 day to sell and 3 days to purchase. Mostly around 3 months for sales. We are very thankful time and time again, we some unique issues that we grow by and learn areas that come up. I still have some land only that I may list in the near future and have mention to Leighann just recently and look forward to reducing my inventory of things as I slow down and become fully retired.
