She gave us excellent and honest guidance through the process and she put out fires and took care of any issues before we even knew about them. She made the journey stress free as possible. The best thing about working with Mrs. Karamales is that it didn't feel like she was just our real estate agent but she felt like a close friend who had our best interest at heart. My only regret is that I can't take her with me to buy our next home.
