"We selected Vickie to list a house that we wanted to sell. She did a market survey for us and presented a number of similar homes for sell in our market with a comparison to our house for pricing. With her help we decided the price we wanted. Vickie made some suggestions about some minor repairs and upgrades that would enhance the property and we followed her suggestions. When the house was offered for sale it was shown on the first day and the buyer made an offer. After a little negotiation we agreed to a deal with the buyer and closed the deal about 30 days later. Vickie guided us thru the sales process and everything was completed easily. We highly recommend Vickie and Sarver Real Estate."
